1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and Goal 365 ("Platform", "we", "us"). They govern your use of the website, mobile application and all services provided by Goal 365 in Malaysia.

By performing any of the following actions, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms & Conditions:

• Registering a new account on the Goal 365 platform
• Log in to your existing goal 365 account
• Making any deposit or financial transaction on Goal 365
• Using any game or service offered on Goal 365
• Clicking the "Agree", "Register" or "I Understand" button on any Goal 365 registration form

2Eligibility & Registration

To register and use Goal 365's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. goal 365 strictly prohibits the use of its platform by underage individuals.
• Location: You must be located in Malaysia and not subject to any local legal restrictions that prohibit participation in online betting activities.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Malaysian law.
• One Account Only: Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) Goal 365 account. Registering multiple accounts is a serious breach of these terms.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be accurate, current and complete. Goal 365 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time.

Goal 365 reserves the right to reject any registration application or terminate an existing account without prior notice if eligibility requirements are found to be unmet or if any information provided is found to be false.

3User Account

Your Goal 365 account is personal and non-transferable. You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your account.

• Password Confidentiality: You are required to keep your Goal 365 account password confidential. Do not share your password with anyone, including family members.
• Prohibited Activities: Sharing, lending or renting your account to another party is prohibited and may result in immediate account closure.
• Security Reporting: If you suspect your Goal 365 account has been accessed without your authorisation, please contact our support team immediately via 24/7 Live Chat.
• KYC Verification: goal 365 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) such as a copy of your IC or passport at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals exceeding RM 500.
• Information Update: You are responsible for ensuring that the personal information in your Goal 365 account is kept up to date and accurate at all times.

4Deposit & Withdrawal

All financial transactions on the Goal 365 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Goal 365 supports the following local Malaysian payment methods:

• Direct Transfer: DuitNow, FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Hong Leong Connect, RHB Now)

Deposit and withdrawal terms are as follows:

• Minimum deposit limit: RM 30 per transaction
• Minimum withdrawal limit: RM 50 per transaction
• Maximum daily withdrawal limit: RM 50,000 (subject to member VIP tier)
• Deposit processing time: instant to 5 minutes
• Withdrawal processing time: 15 minutes to 24 hours, depending on the payment method
• First withdrawal requires completed identity verification (KYC)

Goal 365 reserves the right to suspend or cancel any suspicious withdrawals for the purpose of fraud or money laundering investigations. In such cases, we will contact you via your registered email address or phone number.

5Bonuses & Promotions

Goal 365 offers a range of attractive bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated in each promotional offer.

• Turnover Requirement: Every bonus received at Goal 365 carries a turnover requirement that must be met before any withdrawal can be made. The specific turnover requirement for each bonus is stated in the respective promotion's terms.
• Validity Period: All bonuses have a set validity period. Any bonus not used within the specified period will be automatically forfeited.
• One Bonus at a Time: Members may only have one active bonus at a time, unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Prohibition of Misuse: Any attempt to abuse Goal 365 promotions — including opening multiple accounts, using a VPN, or coordinating across accounts — will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and closure of the accounts involved.
• Right to Amend: Goal 365 reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6Game Rules

The Goal 365 platform offers a wide range of game categories, including slots, Live Casino (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack) and Sports Betting (EPL football, Malaysia Super League, badminton, e-sports). Each game category is subject to its own specific rules.

• Game Integrity: All games on goal 365 use a Random Number Generator (RNG) system certified by independent auditing bodies. Game results are final and not subject to dispute.
• Technical Issues: In the event of a technical disruption or disconnection during gameplay, Goal 365 will use server records as the definitive reference to determine the outcome of the game.
• Minimum and Maximum Bets: Each game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, as displayed within the respective game interface.
• Automation Restrictions: The use of automation software (bots), scripts or any unauthorised tools to play on Goal 365 is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure.

7Prohibited Conduct

Goal 365 members are prohibited from performing any of the following actions. Violations may result in account suspension or closure, along with the forfeiture of all balances and winnings:

• Registering more than one goal 365 account using the same or different information
• Using a VPN, proxy, or any other technology to conceal your actual location
• Sharing, selling or transferring your Goal 365 account to another party
• Using another person's credit card or bank account without their valid authorisation
• Engaging in any activity related to money laundering or terrorism financing
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities or bugs within the goal 365 platform
• Colluding with other members to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Providing false information during the KYC process or identity verification

8Sports Betting

Goal 365's Sports Betting section covers a wide range of popular sports both locally and internationally, including football (EPL, Malaysia Super League, Malaysia FA Cup), badminton, e-sports and more.

• Odds: All odds displayed on Goal 365 are in decimal format and updated in real time. Goal 365 reserves the right to adjust odds at any time prior to the start of an event.
• Postponed or Cancelled Matches: If a match is postponed for more than 24 hours or cancelled, all related bets will be refunded to the member's account balance.
• Live Betting (In-Play): Live bets are final once confirmed by the Goal 365 system. Confirmed results cannot be reversed by members.
• Betting Limits: Goal 365 reserves the right to impose betting limits on any member across any market without providing a reason.
• Official Results: Goal 365 uses official results from the relevant sports governing bodies as the basis for settling bets. In the event of a dispute, the decision of Goal 365 is final.

9Account Suspension & Closure

Goal 365 reserves the right to suspend or close your account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to provide the requested identity verification documents within the stipulated timeframe
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering or suspicious behaviour
• Instructions from relevant authorities or regulatory bodies
• Account closure requested by the member

If your account is closed at your own request or due to responsible gambling reasons, any valid balance (after deducting bonuses that have not met the turnover requirement) will be returned to you within 3–5 business days via your original payment method.

If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, Goal 365 reserves the right to withhold all balances and winnings associated with that breach.

10Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, Goal 365 shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred while using the Goal 365 platform, including betting losses
• Service interruptions due to scheduled or unscheduled system maintenance
• Indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of the Goal 365 platform
• Failure of third parties such as payment providers, game suppliers or telecommunications networks
• Any losses arising from your failure to comply with the recommended security measures

11Privacy & Personal Data Policy

Goal 365 is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). By using the Goal 365 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

• Your personal data is used solely for account management, payment processing and improvement of Goal 365's services
• Goal 365 will not sell or disclose your personal data to third parties without your consent, except where required by law
